Meal planning on a budget
Dinner sorted for the week, inside your grocery budget.
Tell MealPilot what you can spend, who you feed and what you can't eat. It plans seven days of meals, builds the shopping list by aisle and estimates the cost, reusing ingredients so less goes in the bin.
No card needed. For households in the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Australia.

From budget to shopping list in three steps
- 1
Tell us about your home
How many adults and children, your diet, allergies and what you want to spend each week.
- 2
Get a week of meals
Seven days of breakfast, lunch and dinner with quantities for your household, a shopping list by aisle and an estimated cost.
- 3
Shop, tick and track
Take the list to the shop, tick things off, move them into your pantry and log what you spent.
The part other planners skip
The plan starts from your budget, not from a recipe book.
Most apps give you recipes and leave the maths to you. MealPilot works the other way round: it plans meals, adds up the shop and checks the total against the money you set aside.
Over budget? It fixes it.
If a week costs too much, the dearest meals are swapped for cheaper ones, one at a time, until it fits.
Ingredients are reused.
The same vegetables, tins and grains turn up in several meals, and dinner leftovers become next day's lunch.
Your pantry comes first.
What you already own comes off the list, and things about to expire get used early.
Safe by your rules.
Every meal is checked against your diet and allergies on our servers, even when the AI wrote it.
Everything for the weekly food shop
Weekly meal planner
Breakfast, lunch and dinner for seven days, scaled to the number of adults and children you feed. Swap any meal, or type your own.
A household profile
Set the size, diet and allergies once. Every plan and every recipe is checked against them.
Shopping list by aisle
Quantities added up across the week, grouped the way a shop is laid out, with a price estimate per item. Tick things off as you go.
Recipe import from a link
Paste a link and MealPilot reads the ingredients, method and nutrition the page publishes. Save it and drop it into any day.
Pantry inventory
Record what you already have. It comes off the shopping list, and the AI is told to use up what is about to expire.
Expiry reminders
The phone app reminds you the day before a pantry item runs out, so the spinach gets eaten instead of binned.
Shopping budget
Set a weekly budget, log what you actually spend and see the last six weeks at a glance.
Nutrition, estimated
Calories, protein, carbs and fat per person for each meal and each day, worked out from the ingredients. Rough, and labelled as such.
Share with your household
Invite your partner or family with a link. Everyone sees the same plan, list and pantry.
A shopping list you can actually shop from
Grouped by aisle, with quantities added up across the whole week and what your pantry already covers taken off. Print it, share it or tick it on your phone.
Priced for where you shop
Pick your country when you sign up. MealPilot uses its currency (pounds, euros or Australian dollars) and a price table for that country. Plans are in English.

Honest answers
Where do the prices come from?
From a table of typical supermarket prices for each country that we keep up to date by hand. They are estimates, not live prices from any shop, so your receipt will differ. Log your real spending in the Budget screen.
Will it keep me safe if I have an allergy?
MealPilot checks every meal against the allergies and diet you enter by looking at ingredient names, and replaces any meal that breaks a rule. It cannot read product labels or know about cross-contamination, so always read the packaging.
Is the AI plan different every time?
Yes. You can plan the same week again for a different set of meals, or use MealPilot's own recipes. If the AI is busy, MealPilot builds the week from its own recipes and tells you.
What happens after the free trial?
You keep the Free plan: one AI-planned week a month, a small pantry and recipe box, and everything else free to use. Paid plans add more AI weeks and more people. No card is needed to start.
Which countries does it work in?
The United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Australia. The text is in English. Prices and the shopping estimate use your country's currency.
Can I pay online yet?
Online payment is being set up. Until then you can email hello@iraady.com to subscribe. The mobile apps never sell subscriptions.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Settings has a Delete my account button on the web and in the app, and it removes your records straight away.
