Terms of use

These terms are between you and Iraady Ltd ("we"), who run MealPilot. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use MealPilot. This text has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet.

What MealPilot is

MealPilot helps households plan meals, build shopping lists, track a pantry and watch a grocery budget. Meal plans, costs and nutrition figures are suggestions and estimates.

Food safety, allergies and health

• MealPilot checks meals against the diet and allergies you enter by looking at ingredient names. It cannot read product labels, cross-contamination warnings or hidden ingredients. Always read the label and check with a doctor or dietitian if you have a medical need.
• Nutrition figures are rough estimates from a food table. MealPilot is not medical or dietary advice.
• AI-generated plans can be wrong. We check them against your rules, but you are responsible for what you cook and eat.

Cost estimates

Costs come from a table of typical supermarket prices for your country. They are estimates, not live shop prices, and your real bill will differ.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give us correct details. Keep your password private.
• The household owner decides who joins by sending invitation links and can remove people. People in a household can see and change the household's plans, lists, pantry and recipes.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the web.

Plans, trial and payment

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with the Family Pro features. After that the Free plan continues unless you subscribe. Prices are shown on the pricing page in your currency. Online payment is being set up; until it is switched on, email hello@iraady.com to subscribe. Subscriptions are for the period shown and you can ask to cancel at any time. The mobile apps do not sell subscriptions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attacking it, scraping it, reselling it, or using the recipe importer to probe other people's systems. We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

The recipes, notes and lists you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run MealPilot for you. Recipes imported from the web belong to their authors; we show the data a website publishes and link back to it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep MealPilot running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for harm that comes from relying on a plan, cost estimate or nutrition figure. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited, or liability that cannot be excluded.
