Delete your account

You can delete your MealPilot account yourself, at any time.

In the app or on the web

1. Sign in to meals.iraady.com or open the MealPilot app.
2. Open Settings and choose Delete my account.
3. Enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, profile, sessions and phone sign-ins are removed straight away.
• If you are the only person in your household, the household and everything in it is deleted: plans, shopping lists, pantry, recipes and recorded shopping amounts.
• If other people share your household, the longest-standing member becomes the owner and the household stays with them. Your own sign-in is still removed.
• A short security log with no name or email may be kept for up to 12 months.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@iraady.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my MealPilot account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account.

Deleting an account cannot be undone. Read more in our privacy notice.
